Deposit and booking
To confirm your reservation, we require payment of a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of your stay. Please include your name and the dates of your booking in the payment description.

Payment
In Italy, payments of less than € 4,999.- can be made in cash. You can pay your bill at the hotel by cheque, by debit or credit card, or in cash.
Terms of cancellation (pursuant to art. 1382 of the Civil Code*)
The Italian Consumer Protection Act does not cover the right of withdrawal. We will nevertheless grant you a right of withdrawal in line with Art. 1382 of the Code. If unforeseen events prevent you from coming on holiday, the following terms of cancellation will apply:
- in the event of no show, guests are liable for 100% of the cost of their accommodation
- for cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, we charge 70% of the cost of the accommodation
- for cancellations between 15 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, we withhold the 25% deposit
- for cancellations more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we issue a voucher equivalent to the amount of your deposit, valid towards another equivalent stay within the next year
- in the event of late check-in or early departure, the full cost of the overnight stay will still be charged.
Please notify us in good time of any circumstances that will force you to cancel your holiday.
